Most
people have some kind of thing that scares them. I once was scared
of Aliens, their big black eyes, and gruesome small bodies gave
me the willies. |
| I remember one night I woke
up hearing all kinds of scary noises and right away I thought
about Aliens. But I remembered the scripture I had memorized;
"For
God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of
love, and of a sound mind", and eventually I went back
to sleep. |

The
next time something scared me at night, I immediately began to
say this verse over and over and others like it about God's amazing
promises, and eventually this fear went away! I no longer
fear Aliens!
Why, because God is on my side, and He is on your side when you
allow Him to be.
