HOW DOES SATAN DECEIVE?

 

  The Bible teaches us that in the last days many people will turn away from believing and trusting in God and will put their trust in something taught by a devil (demon). The Bible clearly teaches that demons will tell lies and will deceive many people. Deceive means that someone believes something that is not true.

God's word has Warned Us:

 

  "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Timothy 4:1).
  Overall, people that have departed from the Christian faith will listen and believe what these doctrines of devils are saying, instead of trusting the Bible! One of Satan's main goals is to turn people away from trusting in the Bible and the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. We must be very careful not to trust in our own feelings or understandings when they do not agree with God's word. This sadly happens to many adults and children.

   We need to know what God's word says. A very important point to remember is that Satan will become or do anything to lead a person away from God. Satan is very tricky. He may be the cause of something that looks OK or appears to be nice. But always remember, if anything teaches the opposite or different than what the word of God says, do not put your trust in it, because it will be a lie and this is how people are deceive.d.

  By being different than what God's word says about it, we will know that it is not from God. Remember, God will never change His word.


 

 Always pray and ask God for wisdom, and guidance, and He will help you.
