In the 1800's there was a boy named Joseph Smith. He was around the age of 15. One day he went out in the woods to pray and ask God to give him wisdom so he would know which church taught the truth.
As he was praying, he claims to have had a heavenly vision where God the Father and Jesus Christ appeared to him. They told him that all churches were false and he was to start the one true church. Years later he was led to write books on this new so-called religion. These books were written by using the occult method of divination.

As Christians, we know that the Mormon Church is not the true church because their writings contradict the Bible.
We know that God will never change His word. Satan had indeed appeared to Joseph Smith as an angel of light and because of this false vision, millions of people who have accepted and followed the Mormon faith have been deceived by Satan, the father of all lies.
Why have so many
people been deceived by the Mormon faith?
