Be sober,be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walking about, seeking whom he may devour: (1 Peter 5:8). To be sober and vigilant means to be watchful. The devil is our adversary or our enemy. He walks about looking for every chance to devour or destroy. We must understand that the devil hates people and he is out to hurt us. |
