Dear Lord God,
I put on your whole armor, so that I may be able to stand against
the wiles of the devil. I girt my loins with the truth. Help
me to know truth from lie. I put on the breastplate of righteousness.
Help me to be more like you. I shod my feet with the preparation
of the gospel of peace. Lord use me today to fulfill your purpose.
Above all, I take up the shield of faith so I will be able to
quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. I take up the helmet
of salvation. Thank you so much for your wonderful salvation.
And also I take up the sword of the spirit. Thank you for your
mighty word. Help me to hide it in my heart so I will not sin
against you. Help bring understanding to me so I can forever
learn to live by and love your word.. In Jesus name, Amen |
