One day in the future, death and Hell will be cast into the Lake of fire, a place of everlasting torment. Hell was actually never prepared for people but was prepared for the devil and his angels who rebelled against God. We leave God no choice if we choose to reject what God has given us. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. We condemn ourselves to hell when we refuse to believe the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Eternal life in heaven is a gift from God, so if we don't receive the gift, He cannot give it to us. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23).

God has given each individual the choice to decide if they want to accept his wonderful gift of salvation or not. God is in control, but He doesn't control us as puppets on a string, He gives us freedom to choose. If He did control us to make us love Him, it wouldn't be true love. He only wants us to come to Him, because we want to love Him, and fellowship with Him.

Even though it grieves God when people reject His gift of Jesus Christ He still lets the person decide for themselves. "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
You see, God cannot allow any sin in heaven because He is a holy God. There is no one that is without sin. Romans 3:10 says; "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one". The only way that anyone can stand righteous before God one day in heaven completely without sin is to trust in the shed blood that Jesus Christ provided as an atonement for mankind's sins. God has made his plan of salvation so simple, even a child can understand it. So we are without excuse! Since God created our spirits to live forever there has to be a place where people who reject Jesus Christ go, and that place is Hell.

Ask yourself `Is your name written in the Lamb's book of life?' It must be to go to heaven. Accepting Christ is the most important decision anyone can make in this lifetime. It is an eternal decision! Don't wait till tomorrow to accept Christ. No one but God knows what tomorrow holds. "behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation"(2 Corinthians 6:2) One of Satan's biggest lies is to tell people to wait. He only comes to kill, steal and destroy.

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life ..."

The Bible says in Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him(Jesus) from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Dear Lord God. I come to You a sinner and I humbly repent. I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and I believe You raised Him from the dead. Come into my life Jesus and be my Lord and Savior. I receive You, Lord Jesus to change and take control of my life that I may live for You from this day forth and from now on. Thank You Lord for saving me and cleansing me with Your precious blood. In Jesus name, Amen.

If you have called on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, by faith, believing and asking Him to save you, you are saved! Words mean nothing without belief! If you truly believe, you will humbly allow Christ to begin working in your life so you can fulfill the plan He has for you.

4 very important steps to take as a new Christian seeking to grow in the Lord:
1). Read the Bible daily (a good place to start is in the New Testament with the Gospel of John).
2). Pray daily.
3). Find a Bible-believing church that preaches the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Pray that God will lead you to the right one. Fellowshipping with other believers is a very important step to growth in Christ.
4). Be Baptized
