FREE FORGIVENESS

There is an Almighty God in heaven that loves you and wants to offer you His forgiveness freely. His name is the Lord Jesus Christ and He is the one that created you, and everything that has the breath of life.

The Bible is God’s word and it has all of life’s answers in it. The Bible tells us that we must be forgiven or we will be lost for all eternity, not just in this life, but also in hell. Jesus said; “for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins” John 8:24.

HOW ARE WE FORGIVEN?

We need to be forgiven to get to heaven. Every person is guilty before a holy and righteous God, because we have all broken His loving commandments. If we have not broken them in deed, we have broken them by our words or thoughts, or vain imaginations. Our debt of sin must be paid. But the problem is that there are no works, no rituals, no prayers, absolutely nothing, that we can do by our own strength, our own words, our own good deeds, that can pay this debt of sin we owe to a holy God.

This debt of sin has caused a veil of separation to come between us and Almighty God. We were created to worship God, but this veil has separated us from Him that we cannot have this fellowship with Him. This is why if you don’t have this fellowship in your own life with God, there is emptiness, or lack of peace within your heart, a void that needs to be filled. God’s Son, Jesus Christ, wants to forgive you and fill that void in your heart today.

The first step towards heaven is to see that we all deserve hell because of our separation and sin against an almighty and a holy God. Not only will we go to hell when we die, but we will experience hell on earth, because we lack the inner peace and the relationship with Almighty God, the reason we were created.

We need His forgiveness. This is the only way to break down the wall or veil of separation. “But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear” Isaiah 59:2. Jesus came down from heaven to die on a bloody cross so you could be forgiven, so you could be made free, and have fellowship with Him and He with you. When Jesus died on the cross 2000 years ago, the veil was torn from top to bottom. This illustrated that God was reaching down to His creation (mankind) who had gone astray and had turned their backs on Him. Jesus is the only one who can and will forgive you. He has paid yours and my debt of sin in full.
