"He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God" (I John 5:12-13).

The helmet is what protected the head of a soldier. If a soldier got injured in the head, he would be in big trouble. Many times they would die.

In spiritual warfare, Satan tries to attack a Christian in their mind. He does this by putting thoughts in our minds that are not true.

For example; did you ever hear a rumor about someone but you knew it was not true? The rumor was still told to you, even though it was not true.

Satan works the same way. A common way he tries to deceive Christians is to tell them they are not really saved and they will not receive eternal life.

This, like the rumor, is not true, if you have placed your faith in Christ and He alone is your Lord and Savior.
